How to Use Aus SWMS
Welcome to Aus SWMS, a platform for managing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). Follow these steps to get started:
- For Workers: Click the "SAMPLE Portal" link below to access the worker portal. Select a job site to view and sign SWMS documents. You’ll need a white card number to acknowledge documents.
- For Admins: Click the "Admin Login" link to access the admin dashboard. Use your admin credentials to log in. Follow these steps to manage the system:
- Step 1: Log in with your admin username and password.
- Step 2: Navigate to the dashboard to add job sites.
- Step 3: Upload SWMS documents for each job site.
- Step 4: Generate and share compliance reports.
- Step 5: Copy the worker portal link to share with workers.
- Sharing the Portal: Admins can copy the worker portal link from the dashboard to share with workers via email or other mobile phone or tablet.
